Hey reader, went to therapy. Currently feeling like a baked potato and trying to make the pain lessen in my ankle. My left foot is still numb but the inner ankle part hurts like a bitch.
I'm glad my back surgery took away a lot of the pain. I just wish. Fuck. Anyway.
Still sober. Only taking my anti depression pills and umm ... Gabapentin? Yeah that. Normally it fucks with me mentally but I am kind of working through it.
Trying to anyway.

Getting emails for things my husband signed up for makes my chest hurt. Sucks.
The parrot in the living room is squawking weirdly. Her name is actually Suzie too but we call her pumpkin. She can say "Hi pumpkin" it is as creepy as you can imagine. She's also said "whatcha doing" through the window at me, and 1234. Those are super less common though.
Anyway. Making chicken and rice tonight. Hope the sky carries me away.
