Hey reader. Had a nightmare and have been up since 232 am. It's actually nice outside, if you wear a jacket.
I go to therapy and doctor today. Also have a job interview beforehand so my day is going to be very busy. Also need to wash my youngest school clothes so she can wear them again because we're not trying to move into mils house.
My internal vividness is gone. I only have nightmares now. I can't access the calm parts yet. Maybe it will change.
Gotta get a nap before my interview. Ugh.
I have so much to do and my body just wants to be awake. Lame.
