Oh gosh reader. I just woke up. I had the strangest fucking dream I've had in a while and I needed to get it out before it disappears, yeah?.
So for the longest time, my favorite movie was a comedy called "Let's go to Prison" it has Dax Shepard and I'll just leave it at that. Used to watch it may once a month. I haven't in a long time though, keep that in mind.
So in my dream I'm waking up and Drake tells me I have to plan a party happening in the park. Like a bunch of neighbors and stuff are coming and we have to pick an adult friendly movie but not a movie that would get us arrested for playing. For whatever reason I picked Let's Go To Prison. And I'm setting it up, like vendors and screens and such and then it flips to being there and I am walking around our city park, handing out popcorn when I see him any other time and I'd have been like lol I'll see myself out but everyone who was there knew I was running the showing. So I nodded and then suddenly he's chasing me through the park trying to what I'm guessing is beat the shit out of me but it could be anything tbh. And I'm catching parts of the movie and like - it's comedy, right? So I catch the screen as I am tearing across a corner and I start laughing. Cause there's a point in the movie where the judges son has a group of prisoners singing and dancing- interpretive dance of all things- and I stop and start cackling. Can't breathe, cause I'm running for my life and there's people and just. The absurdity of it all.
Anyway, I stop running. He didn't expect that. So he stops too and just stands there and watches the screen for a second.
"Huh, this movie is weird."
And I wake up. To a cat burrowing in what I can only explain is my kidney. She wanted treats but I was comatose, so obviously waking me up to get treats makes sense.
Oh and I've been seeing the Jon Hamm meme so damn much. When I woke up fully I started vibing with music and then snapped out of it and went back to normal Suz capacity.
